Prior to joining Genesys, Jouve held a variety of senior executive roles for IBM®, including most recently as vice president of offering management for IBM Watson IoT™, Connected Operations.
As a pioneer in customer sentiment technology, Jouve has 30 years of experience in global product management and research and development (R&D) for enterprise and start-up tech brands. He brings deep expertise on machine learning, text analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to Genesys, where he will be responsible for driving the growth and evolution of PureCloud.

At IBM Watson IoT, Jouve was responsible for the growth of a large portfolio, including IBM Maximo® and IBM TRIRIGA®, market-leading solutions for enterprise asset and facilities management. Under Jouve's leadership, Maximo was recently ranked a leader by Arc Advisory Group for the eleventh consecutive year.
Jouve also developed and took to market innovative, cognitive and fast-growing Internet of Things (IoT) industry solutions such as connected vehicles, Industry 4.0 and smart grids, to address some of the world's most pressing challenges in transportation, manufacturing and energy delivery.
Earlier in his career, Jouve held executive positions at SPSS Inc. and LexiQuest. He has been a successful entrepreneur, founding Instoria, Portalys, and Voozici.com, and serving as managing director for Webcarcenter.com. Jouve also served as an associate professor in computer science at Leonardo da Vinci University in Paris. He received two Master of Science degrees in computer science and geophysics/geochemistry from Pierre et Marie Curie University in Paris.
