General Managers Wager on The Big Game Victory!
INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The general managers for the hotels hosting the teams during the upcoming Big Game in Indianapolis are wagering a bet that will result in 100 hours of donated time and resources to Riley Hospital for Children and Camp Riley. The outcome of the bet between the AFC Team Host Hotel, University Place, and the NFC Team Host Hotel, Indianapolis Marriott Downtown will make a difference, in addition to making a point!
Phil Ray, GM of the Marriott and Tom Cappucci, GM of University Place will announce the terms of the wager and the charities impacted by the friendly competition at a Press Conference on Wednesday, January 25 at 11am at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown .
To up the ante, the losing general manager will have a personal investment at stake. If the New York Giants score a win the University Place General Manager, Tom Cappucci, will dye his hair Red, White and Blue honoring the team that defeated his special guests. Likewise, if New England Patriots reigns victorious, Phil Ray will visit a local hairdresser for a "Patriotic" new look! The losing GM has also agreed to work as a Bellman for the day in the winning team's hotel, sporting the new hair-do. In addition, if the New York Giants win, Tom and his management team will serve the Marriott staff Manhattan Clam Chowder and New York Cheesecake. If the New England Patriots win, Phil and his management team will serve New England Clam Chowder and Boston Cream Pie to University Place staff.
