Geneinno Technology's Titan Underwater Drone Raised $300,000 on Kickstarter
NEW YORK, July 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Geneinno Technology is a limited company formed in 2013. It specializes in the production of technological gadgets aimed at revolutionizing the way people relate to each other and the environment. It recently launched an underwater drone that will change the way people experience and explore oceans, seas, and lakes.
Geneinno introduced the Titan drone on Kickstarter in June this year. Many people thought that the Titan would be a standard underwater drone, but it is not. Instead, it is a next generation underwater vehicle with incredible features.
Some of the Titan's features are:
- It has six thrusters in addition to a self-balancing algorithm. This feature helps protect it against threats to its stability, such as underwater currents, sea creatures, and unmovable objects, while it is moving through the water.
- It has a 4K camera. This camera delivers detailed images that have reduced graininess. The resolution is incredible as well. For example, HD photos have a resolution of 2 megapixels while a 4K one has 8 megapixels.
- Other features include having a Bluetooth controller and an interface where users can install a robotic arm, underwater microphone, or other accessories. Additionally, this underwater drone can dive to 150 meters, which is deepest achievable by consumer underwater drones.
Geneinno launched this drone on Kickstarter this platform so that everyone can play a role in its development. Kickstarter's stated mission is to help people bring their creative ideas to life. Currently, it has 9.4 million participants funding 257,000 projects in many areas including technology.
Fortunately, these participants have responded positively to Geneinno's call for funding. They have raised more than $300,000 for this project and created YouTube videos about the Titan, which have trended positively on the website.
This social media buzz translates into a positive economic outlook for Geneinno. Financial analysts estimate that the marine camera industry will reach the astronomical figure of $5.9 billion by 2023. That means that there is a thriving market for these products and the more people hear about the Titan then the most likely it is that they will buy it.
In fact, Geneinno believes that the Titan may become a dominant player in this market within a short period due to its innovative technical features compared to its competitors. Similar to how Apple became the dominant player in telecommunication devices by focusing on the changes that people wanted, Titan will also become a preferred underwater drone for consumers.
Titan is the wave of the future. It will revolutionize the way people explore and experience oceans, seas, and lakes. It will enrich the people who invest in it as well. That includes the parent company, Geneinno, and the people who participate in its development through Kickstarter. While the market is relatively young, Geneinno is enthusiastic about the Titan's reception so far and will maintain this solid start to expand its reach locally and internationally.
