Prof. Balzer's responsibilities will include all clinical, safety and risk management related to genae's research services.

Previously, he was Assistant Medical Director at the Klinikum der Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität in Frankfurt Am Main, Director at the Universitätsklinikum des Saarlandes in Homburg /Saar, and Intern at the Charité Campus Virchow Klinikum in Berlin. His scientific and research work is illustrated by peer-reviewed publications and presentations during international congresses and symposia.
