gDiapers Embraces Heirloom Style with New Product Launch
New 'George and Genevieve' gPants are made to last with traditional touches
PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- In a nod to tradition and an era when baby items were made to last, gDiapers has unveiled a new style of gPants. Suitably named 'George and Genevieve,' the gDiapers system simply pairs adorable soft cotton gPants covers like 'George and Genevieve' with disposable inserts that are flushable and compostable (wet ones only), offering a new alternative to regular disposable diapers.

Embracing timeless, heirloom-quality trends the George gPants features a classic black and grey herringbone pattern with the signature "g," while the Genevieve style is made of soft, feminine heather-grey cotton lined with delicate pink ruffles.
"The style names George and Genevieve are a throwback to an era when consumers purchased classic baby items with the intent of passing them down for generations. This the level of quality that gPants embody," said Kim Graham-Nye, co-founder of gDiapers.
George and Genevieve are also baby names that are on the verge of a resurgence as many families are once again opting for more traditional baby names.
Together in 2005, parents Kim and Jason Graham-Nye revolutionized the diaper industry by introducing gDiapers, thoughtfully-designed, reusable diaper covers with disposable inserts, appealing to families with strong environmental values.
"Every child goes through about 5,000 diapers during their lifetime," noted Kim Graham-Nye. "In the end, those diapers wind up in landfills, creating waste we don't need or want in our natural environment. The George and Genevieve gPants give parents an opportunity to have fun with diapering and purchase a product that is heirloom-worthy."
