GDF Suez Energy Resources Names Danielle Wilks Regional Vice President, PJM, Mid-Atlantic

HOUSTON, Jan. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- GDF SUEZ Energy Resources NA, one of the largest competitive market retail electricity providers to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers in the country, announced today that Danielle R. Wilks has been named Regional Vice President, PJM, Mid-Atlantic.

Wilks, who has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, will oversee the management of customer relationships in five markets that are part of the PJM Interconnection: Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining GDF SUEZ, she spent 10 years with Exelon Generation where she held both transactional and operational positions in wholesale and retail energy markets.  She most recently served as Manager of Key Accounts with Exelon Energy, focusing on energy sales to large, multi-regional customers.  Her background also includes wholesale energy marketing and trading with FPL and PPL, and she has been developing and streamlining sales and marketing strategies in deregulated markets for more than a decade.
