GCR Inc. Appoints New Business Development Manager to Lead Airport Systems and Services Sales

NEW ORLEANS, Oct. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GCR Inc. announces that Blair Cox recently joined the leadership team of the company as a Business Development Manager.

Mr. Cox will support GCR's business development efforts—on a nationwide basis from the corporate headquarters in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Mr. Cox comes to GCR Inc. from Beumer Corporation having led their sales efforts to bring the latest technologies in Baggage Handling Systems to the North American aviation market.  Prior to Beumer, he was Director of Sales at Siemens Airports and Logistics division. While there he brought security and operational solutions to airports and airlines.  Mr. Cox has a keen understanding of airport and aviation processes and procedures as well as DHS/TSA operational mandates.  Having worked in aviation space for more than 13 years, Mr. Cox has engaged in a variety of services to airports including consulting, design, construction, system integration and operations and maintenance of various systems.
