NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- New Orleans-based technology and solutions company, GCR Inc. (GCR) expanded in January 2016 by acquiring PCC Technology Group LLC (PCC) of Windsor, Connecticut. PCC is a national provider of government software solutions for business registration, business one-stop (tax, revenue and labor filings), election administration, campaign finance, and right-of-way and property acquisition management. This acquisition broadens GCR's product offering and expands its customer base in 44 states.
