GCG Announces East Coast Headquarters Expansion
LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., March 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to increased demand for its services and the resulting growth of its personnel, The Garden City Group, Inc. (GCG) has relocated its corporate headquarters to an expanded facility in Lake Success, N.Y.
GCG is one of the largest claims administration firms in the country, and was recently voted "Best Claims Administrator" in the New York Law Journal's annual rankings. The expansion of its East Coast headquarters will enable GCG to support the company's consistent growth and increased staff and caseload, while continuing to exceed its clients' expectations.
GCG's new location boasts a state-of-the-art facility equipped with round-the-clock security and surveillance, uninterruptible power supplies, back-up generators and enough fuel reserves to ensure that its disaster recovery site is always online and available. "This new facility offers a high level of security and a host of redundancies that not only allows us to protect our clients' confidential data but, more importantly, enables us to keep that data accessible under any circumstance, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week," said Neil Zola, GCG's president and chief operating officer.
GCG's corporate expansion also includes additional locations. "With two expansion offices having recently opened in Jacksonville and Chicago, we have increased the operations team in the two locations to over 50 people to ensure optimum client accessibility and accuracy," said David Isaac, GCG's chief executive officer. "We look forward to our continued success with our 12 facilities across the country."
