Gaurav Krishan joins MCLLP

LOS ANGELES, July 5, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Massumi + Consoli LLP (MCLLP) is pleased to announce the addition of Gaurav Krishan as a Managing Associate of the firm. Gaurav earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2009. Before that, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude, and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, from the University of California, Los Angeles. 

Mr. Krishan previously practiced with the private equity and M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Los Angeles where he represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in complex merger and acquisition and finance transactions. Most recently, Mr. Krishan was a Director of Legal Affairs at True Religion in Los Angeles.
