Gas Natural Inc. Completes Secondary Offering of Common Shares
MENTOR, Ohio, July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Gas Natural Inc. (NYSE MKT: EGAS) (the "Company"), a natural gas utility company serving approximately 70,000 customers in seven states, announced today the completion of an underwritten public offering of 700,000 shares of its common stock by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Richard M. Osborne, at a price of $10.10 per share. The Company did not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholder.
The selling shareholder has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 100,000 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions to cover over-allotments, if any.
