Mr. Krupp has been recognized with numerous awards the world over for his efforts in promoting better relations between the faiths. In 2002, Gary and his wife Meredith founded Pave the Way Foundation and they dedicated themselves full time to the work.
"I'm honored to receive this award on behalf of Pave the Way Foundation's boards of directors, advisors and representatives in 16 countries, all dedicated to our mission, who are the true heroes," says Gary L. Krupp, founder and president of Pave the Way Foundation. "While we have accomplished a lot, there is more to do, and I hope the result of this award is to draw more attention to our cause and invite others to help."
Pave the Way Foundation works on specific projects which will have truly historic effects and benefit millions of people, including the effort to raise awareness in the Islamic world of the Covenants of Protection ordered by the Prophet Muhammad himself. These documents, carrying the same legal authority as the Q'uran, order Muslims not to harm Jews and Christians and Muslims, and further to protect them, in contrast with the terrorism perpetrated in the name of Islam today. The war on terror has been ineffective and has failed to address the true cause of the violence. PTWF's mission is to ultimately remove the use of religion as a tool to justify violence, war and private agendas.
The award will be given at City & State's Corporate Social Responsibility breakfast on March 3, 2016, at New York Law School.
