Garnett Station Partners Signs Development Agreement with Massage Envy and Forms Cambridge Spa Group to Acquire Massage Envy Franchise Locations throughout the Southwestern United States

RENO, Nev., Nov. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Garnett Station Partners ("GSP") today announced the formation of Cambridge Spa Group ("CSG") to acquire and build Massage Envy franchise Locations throughout the Southwestern United States.  

Garnett Station Partners has a strong track record of building franchisee consolidators in leading franchise brands. The firm has built successful growth platforms in the Burger King, Maaco, and Popeyes franchise systems. Massage Envy will be the fourth franchise brand in GSP's growing portfolio.  "We believe that Massage Envy is an incredible brand with a strong position in the growing wellness category. CSG has purchased 8 Massage Envy franchise locations in Nevada and California from experienced Massage Envy franchisee Klaus Grimm. Grimm, a well-respected operator with extensive knowledge of the brand, will maintain an ownership position and continue to actively manage the Massage Envy business as CSG's President. Uri Kenig, Operating Partner at Garnett Station Partners, will oversee Cambridge Spa Group as its CEO. "Klaus has built a phenomenal business and is one of the strongest operators in the Massage Envy system. We are excited to partner with him to grow our Massage Envy footprint throughout the Southwest," said Uri Kenig.
