Gardner-White Furniture Earns Five-Star Secret Shopper Rating From Furniture/Today

DETROIT, March 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Gardner-White Furniture has been awarded an "excellent," five out of five star rating from Furniture/Today's team of secret shoppers. Owner Barb Tronstein made the announcement.

Gardner-White received perfect composite salesperson scores, rating a five out of five on 15 qualities such as friendliness, professionalism, confidence, helpfulness and product knowledge. Furniture/Today visited Gardner-White's Warren location.

Companies earning the five-star rating are considered to have the "greatest salespeople in Detroit," according to Furniture/Today.
