SALT LAKE CITY, April 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Garb Oil & Power Corporation ("Garb") and USA Recycling Industries Inc. are proposing to build the plant in a warehouse situated at  213 S. 11th St., Reading, Pennsylvania. This site is owned by USA Recycling Industries Inc., and it offers the necessary space and access to build a tire recycling facility of the type we have announced.
