Gallery Debuts Fresh & Fast Cocktail Cart at NAFEM Tradeshow
New cart incorporates industry-leading TenderPOUR technology
ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Today at the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) conference, Gallery, one of the nation's most successful innovators of mobile carts for food, beverage and retail businesses, is debuting its Fresh & Fast Cocktail Cart designed to increase sellers' speed, service, quality and consistency all while increasing cocktail concession revenue.
Gallery, formerly Carts of Colorado, is launching the Fresh & Fast Cocktail Cart as part of the company's overall brand transformation to pivot toward innovation, new technology and 21st century retailing.
"At NAFEM, we are demonstrating how the company is evolving to meet the needs of today's food and beverage providers, particularly with the millennial market which is demanding fresh, authentic and local choices," said Dan Gallery V, the company's president. "Our new cocktail cart is just one example of how we're bringing new concepts and innovative design ideas to the industry so our customers can succeed in this rapidly changing business."
The Gallery Fresh & Fast Cocktail Cart incorporates the state-of-the-art TenderPOUR mixology system that consistently delivers the highest quality craft cocktails and wine on tap. Gallery designed the cart to include the TenderPOUR in an eight-to-ten feet long cart with two consumable ice wells, two speed-rails, ample storage for supplies, and a completely contained mobile hand sink that allows servers to pour pre-mixed cocktails anywhere. With two-to-four different cocktails on tap per tap system on both the refrigerated and non-refrigerated models, menus can offer diverse cocktail choices such as Moscow Mules, French Lemonades, Bitter and Citrus, and more.
Ensuring companies can carve their own brand, the Fresh & Fast Cocktail Cart also supports customer-created graphics with options for electronic displays and multiple awnings to match any environment. Graphic and cart body options include vinyl graphics, faux wood, backlit panels, laminate, solid surface countertops, granite and many more. The carts also feature a quick and easy maintenance and cleaning process.
"Cocktails made with premium ingredients are increasingly in demand at high volume stadium/multi-purpose venues. But serving high quality batched cocktails with both consistency AND speed is incredibly difficult without the proper equipment," said Brian Loukmas, Beverage Innovation Director for Monin Gourmet Flavorings. "Utilizing the TenderPOUR system in conjunction with Gallery's state-of-the-art cocktail cart allows us to constantly and rapidly deliver high-quality cocktails, which are the key advantages of this new cocktail cart. Bartenders will be able to provide excellent service in an efficient manner, which will increase revenue during critical high-volume periods."
The new Gallery Fresh & Fast Cocktail Cart, as well as the new Gallery brand will be on full display at NAFEM booth # 3239.
