Gainline Capital Partners Appoints Kerri McNicholas as Principal and Makes Senior Level Promotion to Support its Continued Growth

NEW YORK, Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Gainline Capital Partners ("Gainline"), a private equity firm investing in U.S. based middle market companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kerri McNicholas as Principal and the promotion of Harry Clouston to Vice President to further strengthen the team as it continues to grow.

Before joining Gainline, Kerri was a Vice President at Spire Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on the technology-enabled business services, media, education and communications sectors. Prior to that she worked at Lincolnshire Management, Inc. with several members of the Gainline team. Kerri has more than eight years of private equity investing experience and has served as a board director or observer of numerous companies including most recently Vector Media, Lighthouse eDiscovery, Performance Assessment Network and Surgent Professional Education. Kerri received a B.S. in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Harry Clouston joined Gainline in 2016 and has been an invaluable member of the team. Prior to Gainline, he was an Associate and Controller at CAI Private Equity where he was responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities, providing portfolio company valuation analysis, and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process.
