G3 Connect Signs Agreement With Access Sales Group

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Feb. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Pervasip Corp. (OTCQB: PVSP) partner G3 Connect, LLC (the "Company") announced today that it has signed an agreement with Access Sales Group ("ASG") to represent its videophone and Pervasip's mobile VoIP applications in the consumer electronics retail marketplace.

ASG has sales in excess of $1 billion annually through an extensive network of over 100 sales representatives in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.  Its customer base includes major retailers such as Best Buy, Radio Shack, Amazon.com, Target and Staples.

G3 Connect videophones will be sold at a retail price of $99.95 or two for $199.95.  The Company is also developing a Wi-Fi adaptor for the videophone, which is anticipated to be available by the end of the first quarter.  Monthly service plans on Pervasip's VoIP network will be offered at $29.95 for unlimited telephone calls to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico and unlimited video calls to anyone on its VoIP network.
