G2 Crowd announces updated rankings of e-signature software

CHICAGO, Jan. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- G2 Crowd, the source for enterprise software reviews, today released an updated Grid^(SM) for E-Signature ranking six products based on customer satisfaction and scale. Nearly 800 ratings and reviews of these products from e-signature users contributed to the rankings.

Adobe EchoSign, DocuSign, and Silanis e-SignLive all retained their Leader status thanks to high ratings from G2 Crowd users and the products' substantial scale, market share, and resources. Silanis earned the top customer satisfaction score in the category, and DocuSign earned the highest combined scale and customer satisfaction score. RightSignature, which was a Niche product on the inaugural Grid^(SM) released in September 2013, moved to a High Performer thanks to an increase in its satisfaction score.

Of the nearly 30 e-signature products listed on G2 Crowd, the 6 ranked products each received 10 or more ratings and reviews to qualify for inclusion on the Grid^(SM). Satisfaction rankings are generated from the 45-question user reviews, and scale is calculated from vendor size, market share, and social impact. Based on a combination of these scores, each software solution is categorized as a Leader, High Performer, Contender, or Niche.
