FXI Acquires 25-Acre Southern California Manufacturing Site

ORANGE, Calif., July 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- FXI, the leading producer of innovative foam products, announced today that it has purchased the 250,000-square-foot, 25-acre manufacturing facility located at 2060 North Batavia Street that it has leased since the Company's formation in 2009. The transaction assures customers, employees and the broader community of the Company's commitment to manufacturing in Southern California for many years to come.

The Orange facility uses patented Variable Pressure Foaming (VPF^SM) technology, the most environmentally friendly foam manufacturing process on the market, resulting in virtually zero emissions. VPF^SM technology also enables FXI to offer the broadest of array of enhanced performance, flexible polyurethane foam solutions.  

Terms of the transaction were not released. FXI purchased the facility from an affiliate of Sares-Regis Group.
