The company also announced a new freemium service to drive rapid adoption by allowing customers to experience the value of FuzeBox before subscribing.
"Loss of productivity has burdened the distributed workforce for far too long and it is time that changed. I am excited to have Hermes Growth Partners involved given their experience in communications, mobile and international expansion."

Prior to Yammer, Obrand spent a decade at Salesforce.com. Obrand will join the FuzeBox board of directors, along with Bobby Yerramilli-Rao, founder and partner at Hermes Growth Partners.
