Futurestep Appoints Charlie Eye As Vice President, Government Solutions

WASHINGTON, Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company (NYSE:KFY), today announced that Charlie Eye will join the firm as Vice President, Government Solutions and will be based in Reston, Virginia.

Mr. Eye brings more than two decades of defense industry recruiting experience to the firm.  In 1994, he founded Employer Services Corporation (ESC) in the Washington, DC area, placing recruitment consultants for local companies and later offering full RPO services.  The company served highly regarded organizations such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, TASC and BAE Systems as he grew ESC to over 150 employees delivering teams of professionals with deep domain experience.

ESC was acquired by the MPS Group/Beeline in 2007 and later acquired by Adecco in 2010.  Mr. Eye remained with Adecco as Vice President of Business Development where he continued to manage the sales team.

Mr. Eye earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech University.
