FutureBrand Strengthens its Leadership Team With Key Hires
LONDON, September 29, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- FutureBrand has appointed Tom Adams to the role of Chief Digital Officer and Nick Sykes to the role of Managing Director, London.
The newly created Chief Digital Officer role has global responsibility and reflects FutureBrand's ongoing commitment to cutting edge digital thinking across its practice. Adams, who was a co-founder of pioneering digital agency Mook and most recently European Head of Strategy at SapientNitro, is based on London and reports directly to global CEO Patrick Smith and Chairman Christopher Nurko. His initial priority will be to evolve the consultancy's intellectual property, consulting tools and processes with a focus on social technologies.

Sykes, the new London Managing Director, moves from McCann Worldgroup where he was a Managing Partner responsible for clients such as Barclays, Nestle, The Co-operative and Bacardi. Most recently he has been the client lead for McCann Worldgroup in its role as Official Marketing Services provider to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, a role that he will continue to hold in addition to his new role.
