CHICAGO, Sept. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Future Founders, a non-profit organization that believes every youth can become an entrepreneur, today announced the addition of three Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs) to its team: Tom Caprel, Aaron Gillum, and Tomer Yogev. The EIRs will strengthen Future Founders' bench of talent and support the growth of collegiate entrepreneurs participating in its national Fellowship cohort.
EIRs are highly respected entrepreneurs who provide critical guidance during key junctures in our Fellows' entrepreneurial journeys. The EIRs are matched with select Fellows who have demonstrated early success in their companies' growth and could benefit from more intensive mentoring.
The Fellowship is a selective year-long cohort that accelerates the development of the top student entrepreneurs in the nation. Fellows benefit from mentoring, entrepreneurship retreats, a peer community, and volunteer opportunities through Future Founders programs.
"Our Fellows represent the top collegiate entrepreneurs across the country," said Scott Issen, President & CEO, Future Founders. "By engaging seasoned entrepreneurs like Tom, Aaron, and Tomer, we can provide our Fellows with a more sophisticated level of coaching and help them achieve entrepreneurial success more quickly."
Tom Caprel is Founder of Breakthrough Results, Inc., and has been an entrepreneur for more than 25 years. He serves on numerous boards and is an advisor to several technology incubators. Tom's BreakThrough Moments Methodology has guided hundreds of entrepreneurs and their leadership teams as they break through their most complex problems to reach the next level of success for themselves and their businesses. Tom has demonstrated his ability to fast-track companies, ramp up business development and transform operations to boost growth. Tom earned an MBA and BA from Western Illinois University.
Aaron Gillum is a Managing Partner of Caerus Investment Partners, where he assists portfolio companies with strategic planning, sales and marketing strategy. He has over 12 years of experience in tech startups, strategy and restructuring consulting to Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Aaron was named to Crain's Tech 50 for 2015, is a recipient of the Turnaround Management Association's Turnaround of the Year, and M&A Advisor's Top 40 Under 40. Aaron earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and BA from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors.
Tomer Yogev is the Managing Director for corporate innovation consultancy Freshwater Advisors, and Chief Synergist for executive coaching firm TandemSpring.
