"We are thrilled to open another location in San Antonio and partner with the Food Bank," said Greg Buchanan, chief executive officer of Buffet Partners, owners and operators of Furr's Fresh Buffet. "We have had such a warm reception from our San Antonio guests and our new restaurant will also offer a place where families and friends can come together to share a meal and enjoy a variety of fresh, nutritious food at a reasonable price. Our hope is to double the amount of donations we received of non-perishable food items to donate to the San Antonio Food Bank's Backpack Buddy program and continue to nourish the communities we serve."
