Fundraising Veteran Joins Woloshin Communications

PORTLAND, Ore. and VANCOUVER, Wash., Feb. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Woloshin Communications has announced fundraising veteran Judith Starr has joined its firm. Starr's position will assist nonprofits in all aspects of fundraising from startup grants to corporate sponsorships.
