Functional Formularies® Launches Free Webinar Series on Clinical Nutrition

CENTERVILLE, Ohio, Jan. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Functional Formularies®, creator of Liquid Hope® and Nourish®, the world's first and only organic, whole-food, shelf-stable feeding-tube formulas and meal replacements, is providing a free webinar series the first half of 2017 for dietitians and others interested in healthy food options.

Titled "The Latest Frontier of Clinical Nutrition," the six-part series will begin with the webinar "Understanding Glyphosate: Presence in Foods and Potential for Influence on Human Health" from 1-2 p.m. EST Jan. 25, 2017. Those interested in the January webinar can register here. Dietitians can earn one hour of Continuing Professional Education from the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, by participating.

Webinars in the series will be led by John Bagnulo, director of nutrition at Functional Formularies. He holds a Ph.D. in food and nutrition sciences from the University of Maine and a master's degree in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
