Fulfillment Fund Announces New Board of Directors Appointments

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fulfillment Fund, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making college a reality for young people in economically and educationally under-resourced communities, today announced several appointments to its Board of Directors.

Joining the Fulfillment Fund Board of Directors are Anne Sweeney (Co-Chair of Disney Media Networks and President of Disney/ABC Television Group), Chris Meledandri (Founder and CEO, Illumination Entertainment), Rich Ross (President, Discovery Channel) and Pamela Buffett (Rebecca Susan Buffett Foundation).

David Hughes, Veronica Estrada and Tracy Herriott also joined the board. In addition, the nonprofit announced the launch of its Founders' Circle with members including Ryan Kavanaugh (Founder and CEO, Relativity), Kathleen and Chip Rosenbloom and Andrea Cockrum.

Additionally, longtime Fulfillment Fund staff leader Maria Espinosa Booth was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Kadar Lewis was promoted to Vice President of Programs, and Cassandra Krause joined the staff as Vice President of Development.
