(FOTO), a national performance measurement and benchmarking organization.

The FOTO Outcomes Excellence Award is presented to a select group of providers across the country to recognize excellence achieved in effectiveness of treatment during the past twelve months. FOTO is the nation's largest database for outpatient physical and occupational therapy outcomes. It provides standard methods for collection and reporting the quality of care and the level of improvement in outpatients.

Rehabilitation Services at Frisbie Memorial Hospital received an overall FOTO rating of ninety-eight percent and a patient satisfaction rate of ninety-eight percent, demonstrating a greater increase in function for their outpatients than the national aggregate average.
