ROCHESTER, N.H., Feb. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Frisbie Memorial Hospital elected five new officers to the organization's board of trustees on January 29, 2015.
Ron Poulin was elected to serve as chairman of the board. Mr. Poulin is the owner of Country Tire & Service Center and partner in Dick Poulin Chrysler-Jeep Dodge-Ram in Rochester. Mr. Poulin has lived most of his life in Rochester. He is an active community member, and currently serves on the Rochester Economic Development Committee and Rochester Rotary. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Chevrolet Dealership Management Academy, UNH Family Business School, and the Dale Carnegie Course on Human Relations.
Brian Hughes was elected to serve as Vice Chairman. He is president of Holy Rosary Credit Union and has three decades of credit union experience. Hughes received both his Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Management from Bridgewater State University. He resides in Greenland.
William Cormier was elected as secretary. He is a principal and award-winning realtor at Hourihane, Cormier & Assoc. Mr. Cormier earned his BS in Finance at Boston College, spent five years as a stockbroker with Merrill Lynch in Boston and has been an active Realtor since 1972. Mr. Cormier resides in Newmarket.
Peter Gowell was elected as treasurer. He is retired from Eastern Propane & Oil where he was CFO. Mr. Gowell received his MBA from University of New Hampshire and his undergraduate degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
Greg Smith, having served as chairman for the past two years, will now serve as immediate past chairman of the board. Greg D. Smith is a certified public accountant. For six years his firm was voted number one in the tri-city region by GKM National Survey Company.
