Friends of Zion Museum Launches Campaign in Support of Vice President Mike Pence's Visit to Israel
JERUSALEM, Jan. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- 750 million bible believers globally awoke to a massive support campaign around Jerusalem with the words: "Mike Pence is a Bible Believer" and "Mike Pence is True Friend of Zion". The campaign signifies the mobilization of the 33 million Friends of Zion members. Along with Vice President Pence, President Donald Trump, Senior Advisor Jared Kushner, Special Representative for International Negotiations Jason Greenblatt, and Ambassador David Friedman are strong believers and were closely following the most recent events in Israel.
Bible believers want Israel to have peace and believe the opportunity for that peace is now. When Dr. Evans presented President Trump the Friends of Zion Award December 9th in the oval office with 25 top evangelical leaders he stated: "Mr. President you are a master builder you have just laid a foundation for peace through your historic Gulf-Sunni alliance, your zero funding policy for terror in the PA, your zero tolerance policy for Jew hatred in the UN, and your historic recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital. The President's policies solution for the Palestinian dilemma is indeed now possible."
Globally their influence is evident in Guatemala where almost 50% of their countrymen are bible believers as is the Presidents, Vice President, and Foreign Minister. Guatemala is honored at the Friends of Zion heritage center as one of the nations who voted for the State of Israel in the UN vote on the 29th of November 1947.
Since President Trump's historic declaration regarding Jerusalem, Evans has been mobilizing his supporters to influence world leader to stand with Israel and Jewish people and recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
Evans kept his promise that, "Every world leader that says 'yes' will receive the Friend of Zion Award," and just a few days ago presented President Morales of Guatemala with the Award in an event in Guatemala attended by political and religious leaders honoring their declaration to move their embassy to Jerusalem.
Dr. Evans declared that: "Trump has ever built an historic alliance for the State of Israel and the Jewish people, and no president has courageously stood up for the State of Israel on the global stage. President Trump's historic recognition of Jerusalem will secure his place in history as the first American president to take that step since the founding of the State of Israel in 1948."
President Trumps historic declaration regarding Jerusalem takes its place as one of Israel's historic millstones from the Balfour Declaration to President Truman's acceptance of Israel into the family of nations. These heroes presented in the Friends of Zion Museum in Jerusalem tell the stories characters throughout history that have stood by the Jewish people and helped establish the State of Israel. These non-Jewish Zionists are engraved in history and millions of people worldwide have learned of their heroism thanks to the groundbreaking work of Dr. Evans and the Friends of Zion Museum.
