LONDON and NEW YORK, May 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- London and New York City have experienced a massive tech boom in the last few years and are now serious competitors with Silicon Valley. One of the primary reasons both London and NYC have seen such growth is commitment from local government. On 20th May, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP will be joined at Digital Shoreditch 2013 by Gordon Innes, CEO of London & Partners, Kyle Kimball, CFO at New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYEDC) and Mark O'Neill, Head of Innovation and Delivery at Government Digital Service, to discuss the "role of government in supporting a tech ecosystem."
