PLYMOUTH, Mich., Aug. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies has announced the recipients of its 2014 Supplier Excellence Achievement Level (SEAL) Awards.

The SEAL Awards, now in their eighth year, are divided into Gold, Silver and Bronze levels for chemical and metal suppliers. To determine winners of each level, a supplier performance scorecard is used to rank each supplier in the areas of quality, delivery, cost management, technology and overall service to Freudenberg-NOK and its manufacturing sites.

Winners of the 2014 SEAL Awards include:

Chemical Raw Material Suppliers:

  • Gold: Solvay Specialty Polymers (Alpharetta, Ga.)
  • Silver: Cabot Corporation (Franklin, La.)
  • Bronze: Zeon Chemicals LP (Louisville, Ky.)

Metal & Metal Fabrication Suppliers:

  • Gold: Elgiloy Specialty Metals - Hampshire Mill, "A Division of Combined Metals, LLC" (Hampshire, Ill.)
  • Silver: New England Industries (Lebanon, N.H.)
  • Bronze: Prospect Machine Products (Prospect, Conn.)
