Frequent Business Traveler Magazine Announces Fourth Annual TSA Satisfaction Survey

NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- For the fourth year in a row, Frequent Business Traveler magazine is asking frequent flyers to rate their experiences with Transportation Security Administration security checkpoints at our nation's airports.

The online study, conducted in partnership with FlyerTalk, the world's largest travel community, and ExpertFlyer, a provider of air travel information tools, asks how effective the TSA's screening procedures are and if they are effective in preventing acts of terrorism on an aircraft. It also looks at attitudes towards trusted traveler programs such as TSA PreCheck.

The survey, which will run until September 24, is now open online at http://accura.cc/6090dj

Over the past few years, the TSA has been implementing numerous changes aimed at improving the airport screening process for passengers, such as expanding PreCheck to international flights and airlines, as well as implementing it at more airports within the United States. However, even with these changes, many frequent flyers say more improvements are needed.
