VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Sept. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Ken Nadler has joined Integrated Logistics (IL2000) as the company's vice president of operations and sales, with a succession plan to move into the role of president as company founder and current President Kraig Cesar transitions to the role of CEO.
Nadler is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience across all modes of transportation and logistics. He most recently served as vice president for client development at Austin, Texas- based Newgistics, which was acquired by Pitney-Bowes in 2017.
"We are excited to have Ken join the IL2000 team," Cesar said. "In this new position, which will split the president and CEO roles, Ken will be responsible for strategy creation and execution to further advance company growth while ensuring we stay aligned with our mission to provide an exemplary experience to our clients and their customers."
Techa Pacitto, IL2000 chief operating officer, said Nadler's decades of experience have given him valuable insight into approaches to help the company continue to meet and exceed its growth and service goals.
"We continue to have high double-digit growth," Pacitto said. "That remains our target and it will require the kind of focus and execution Ken will bring to IL2000."
Prior to his tenure at Newgistics, Nadler served as chief commercial officer for Dicom Transportation Group, a diversified provider of logistics services including parcel, freight, distribution and other logistics services.
Nadler said IL2000 fills a market void by providing data-driven, customized transportation management solutions.
"Their customer focus and flexibility are both industry-leading," Nadler said. "It's a philosophy I also share, which is what inspired me to join their team."
