MONTREAL, July 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Freeport Capital Inc. (CNSX: FAS) announced today that Mr. Reinsdorf has joined the Payment Advisory Committee powered by HybridPaytech, Chaired by Founders Messrs. Massimo Barone and Paul Continelli. The committee will be comprised of 6 to 8 members with Entrepreneurial and International Business experience working with Innovative Technology Startups and Financial Institutions in emerging markets.

Mr. Reinsdorf is the President of FroogaliT, LLC, a global mobile payments company and security house.  He has over 18 years of legal, investment banking, real estate and higher education consulting experience.

Mr. Reinsdorf is a Senior Analyst for the Education Alliance and a member of the Executive Committee for the United Center Joint Venture, which is home to The Chicago Bulls Professional Basketball Team and The Chicago Blackhawks Professional Hockey Team. He is also an adjunct Professor in Roosevelt's Steinfeld School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and serves on the Lasell College Sports Management and Balance BPO Advisory Boards. In addition, Mr. Reinsdorf is the Vice Chairman of the Board for StreetWise and Board of Trustee for Campus Insiders, the Noble Network of Charter Schools, American Friends of the Israel Sport Center for the Disabled, and the Academy of Country Music's Lifting Lives Charity.

Mr. Reinsdorf holds an MBA with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.
