Irvine Chamber of Commerce Powerful January Line-up Helps Entrepreneurs Utilize Power of Social Media
IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 21, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Irvine Micropreneur Program presented by the Irvine Chamber of Commerce discusses and solves the needs of small businesses. The program hosted by Robert Coleman, President of the Pacific Venture Club, is designed to teach entrepreneurs and small business owners how to raise capital, market their products, develop new business opportunities, manage finances, plan for greater prosperity, and how to use social media to grow their business by participating in online presentations hosted by experts from many fields. The webinars are available for all to attend for free.
"We found out through a recent business survey that small businesses in Irvine were most concerned about increasing their sales and marketing, and this is what we are focusing on with the Micropreneur Program," said Christopher Lynch, VP of Business & Economic Development at the Irvine Chamber of Commerce. The webinar series host Robert Coleman adds, "Micropreneurs can often change their fortunes literally overnight by learning the one piece of information that they were missing in their business process."
Since the Irvine Micropreneur Program launched in September of 2010, the weekly webinar series has steadily gained popularity and has seen an increase in viewership of almost 40% since its launch.
