California's Great America Opens Daily May 27; Boomerang Bay Opens May 28
SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- California's Great America celebrates Memorial Day Weekend with military personnel and vehicles at the park May 28-30 and with a brief opening ceremony Monday honoring our veterans who sacrificed so much. On May 28-30 America's current and past service men and women will receive free park admission (with valid ID). In addition, attending military may bring up to 6 guests for just $21.99 each.
A fireworks spectacular, set to patriotic music, will decorate the sky above California's Great America on Sunday night, and military personnel and vehicles will be positioned in front of the entrance from 10am-2pm for photo opportunities all three days.

Memorial Day will also feature an All-You-Can-Eat BBQ for just $17.99 (plus tax).
Great America begins daily operations May 27, with 10am-10pm summer hours taking effect June 3. Boomerang Bay water park opens May 28, with daily operations starting May 30. Great America Seasons Passes begin at just $67 and are currently available at cagreatamerica.com. Upgrading to a Gold Season Pass provides free admission to Halloween Haunt, the new WinterFest and Gilroy Gardens, free parking and 20 percent of most food and merchandise.
