Frederick County Bancorp, Inc. Announces Dividend
FREDERICK, Md., June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Frederick County Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCQB Marketplace: FCBI), the parent company for Frederick County Bank ("FCB" or the "Bank"), announced today a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.07 per share declared on June 23, 2014. This cash dividend is payable on August 8, 2014 to shareholders of record on July 11, 2014.
