Freddie Mac Announces the Issuance of a New 5-year Reference Notes® Security
MCLEAN, Va., Nov. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Freddie Mac (OTC: FMCC) announced today that it plans to issue a new 5-year USD Reference Notes® security, CUSIP number 3137EADN6, due on January 12, 2018. The issue will be priced on November 20, 2012, and will settle on November 21, 2012, at benchmark size.
The new 5-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and Goldman, Sachs & Co. An application will be made to list the issue on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
