WASHINGTON, Sept. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- "Religious freedoms and biblical values will play a principal role in determining the outcome of Nov. 6's elections," the president of the Family Research Council, Tony Perkins, plans to predict in a National Press Club address on Wednesday, September 12.

Perkins will assess the influence of social issues during the fall campaign. He will also discuss the aftermath of the Aug. 15 shooting at FRC headquarters, what the FBI characterizes as "an act of domestic terrorism."
Since 1983, Family Research Council (FRC) has advocated faith, family and freedom in public policy and the culture from a Christian worldview. It will host leading national policy advocates, including Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan, at the upcoming Values Voters Summit in Washington (Sept. 14-16).
