FRC Action's Josh Duggar to Speak at 'Stand for Marriage Rally' in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va., Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Josh Duggar, FRC Action's executive director, will speak at the "Stand Up for Marriage Rally" which will take place Tuesday, February 4 outside the U.S. District Courthouse in Norfolk. The District Court will hear a suit tomorrow against Virginia's Marriage Amendment which was enacted after receiving the support of 57 percent of voters. Rally participants will challenge Attorney General Mark Herring's refusal to defend the Virginia Constitution in court.
