Fraud Upon The U.S. Supreme Court Alleged: Full Disclosure Network® Report
WASHINGTON, July 13 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Full Disclosure Network® website posted U. S. Supreme Court Documents alleging judicial "Fraud Upon The Court" that lends credibility to claims of judicial corruption in California. In 2008 Sturgeon vs County of Los Angeles the California Court of Appeals held payments to State Superior Court Judges by Los Angeles County were illegal. The corruption was confirmed when California legislators quietly enacted Senate Bill SBX2 11 in 2009, giving retroactive immunity from criminal prosecution to judges and officials involved in the payment scheme since 1987.

PAYMENTS CORRUPTING
The civil contempt of court case of jailed attorney Richard I Fine brought to light how illegal payments to judges were corrupting the system. Fine attempted to disqualify Superior Court Judge David Yaffe and he admitted in court testimony he took illegal payments from the county who was a party to the case. Fine was jailed indefinitely in solitary "coercive confinement" by Judge Yaffe who had imposed $47,000 sanctions against Fine for filing a paper one day late. Fine refused to comply vowing to exhaust his appeals, contending the Judge's order was void and illegal and an impartial judge should have presided.
CATCH 22 KEEPS FINE IN JAIL
Yaffe ordered Fine not be released until he appeared at a Debtors Hearing in Department 1A and provided information regarding his assets. A June 14, 2010 hearing was scheduled after Fine's appeals failed. A volunteer for Richard Fine attempted to arrange transportation from jail to the hearing. An E-mail describes how the Court and Sheriff refused to transport Dr. Fine to the court citing "budget cuts" prevented them from providing transportation. Read her Email report to Full Disclosure for details.
JUDGE UNDER FIRE TO RETIRE?
According to sources close to the court, Judge Yaffe will retire in October, before his term of office expires this comes at a time when Richard Fine made public a copy of his complaint against Yaffe with the Commission on Judicial Performance noting his court admission and failure to disclose. In his recent Supreme Court application for release Fine alleges Yaffe denied him his freedom and due process using "Fraud Upon The Court".
