Fraser Optics Inks Distribution Agreement with Safeware, Inc.
WARMINSTER, Pa., Jan. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Fraser Optics is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Safeware, Inc., a leading provider of safety products and technical service to customers in the Industrial, Government, Military and Response markets.
Fraser Optics' lines of hand-held gyro-stabilized optical products have been in use by US and foreign militaries for more than 40 years. These high-power, battle-proven optics are tested to operate in the most extreme conditions. The distribution agreement with Safeware provides an important channel for professionals and consumers to purchase Fraser Optics' world-class surveillance products.
Fraser Optics' LE and Mariner Series products are also sold directly to professionals and consumers through safewareinc.com. In addition, Safeware is a U.S. Communities™ supplier partner for Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Equipment and Services. This nonprofit government purchasing cooperative group offers reduced costs on goods and services through competitively solicited contracts, awarded by lead public agencies.
Fraser Optics' LE and Mariner Series products provide professionals and serious users a competitive edge eliminating motion and enhancing clarity using its unique STEDI-EYE® Technology, which removes 98 percent of image motion caused by hand tremor or platform movement. Fraser Optics' binoculars and monoculars are high-power, shock proof and ruggedized for extreme conditions.
Safeware will be promoting Fraser Optics' LE Series and Mariner Series Monolite, the only handheld gyro-stabilized monocular in the world and the Mariner Series 14x40mm Gyro-Stabilized Binocular as recently reviewed in the October issue of Popular Science.
"This new relationship makes Fraser Optics' world-class products accessible to the trusted Safeware consumer and to the First Responder community through the U.S. Communities Contract.
