CHICAGO, Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Franklin Partners revealed today its redevelopment plans for The Shuman, the five-story office building at 263 Shuman Blvd. in Naperville, Illinois. The Shuman will become a suburban destination for multiple office tenants, offering extensive amenities designed to build community among building employees. Brought to life with Wright Heerema Architects, the new design will deliver urban office vibes.
