Frances' additional expertise in care and utilization management, continuous process improvement, and conflict resolution provides her clients with a comprehensive experience in an ever-evolving industry. 

Frances maintains affiliation with professional organizations including Academy of Oncology Nurse Navigators, the National Association of Professional Women and Women in Business. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Easter Seals of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Frances enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, being in nature, and singing. She is a classically and theatrically trained singer, who has four children and five grandchildren.

Frances graduated from Eastern University with two degrees. She holds an MBA in Healthcare, as well as a BA in Organizational Management. Frances also has a diploma as a Registered Nurse from the Dixon School of Nursing at Abington Memorial Hospital.
