She is a classically and lyrically trained singer, and has four children and five grandchildren.

Throughout the course of her educational career, Frances graduated from Eastern University with two degrees. She holds an MBA in Healthcare, as well as a BA in Organizational Management. Frances also has a diploma as a Registered Nurse from the Dixon School of Nursing at Abington Memorial Hospital.
