WASHINGTON, July 14, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx will give a speech about the Highway Trust Fund and the need to increase transportation infrastructure funding at a National Press Club Speakers luncheon on July 21.

Foxx is a former mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina, who became transportation secretary last year.
The Press Club luncheon will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m. Remarks will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session, ending at 2 p.m. Tickets may be purchased by clicking here.
