BOULDER, Colo., July 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The 4th annual Celestial Seasonings® B Strong Ride presented by Subaru will take more than 800 cyclists on three routes through Boulder County on Saturday, August 9th. The event is a fundraiser for Boulder and Denver area Cancer Care, including Boulder Community Hospital Center for Integrative Care and the George Karl Foundation.
The event features three ride options starting and finishing at Celestial Seasonings headquarters in Boulder:
- Mountain Loop – 69 miles through the mountains north and west of Boulder
- Countryside Loop – 24 miles through rolling terrain north of Boulder
- Mini B – One-mile loop on the Celestial Seasonings campus for children 10 and under
Participants will also enjoy an outstanding slate of live musical entertainment at Celestial Seasonings throughout the day and after the rides are over, including two sets by Raising Cain.
Event registration is still open. To register or donate, visit bstrongride.com through Wednesday, August 6th, or register on site at Celestial Seasonings the day of the event. Fees are $95 for adults and $55 for students and riders under 18. "Mini B" registration fee is $10.
B Strong Ride funds a complete year of cancer care at Boulder Community Health Center for Integrative Care. The event has been an outstanding success in its first three years, with more than 2,000 riders raising over $920,000.
