FOURMIDABLE migrates to Entrata software to more efficiently manage properties and residents

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., Feb. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- FOURMIDABLE, a diversified, national real estate management and brokerage company that specializes in managing affordable, market rate, public housing, senior, tax credit and condominium communities, has moved to the Entrata platform to manage their diverse properties more efficiently.

Entrata is a property management software designed to be a "one stop shop" for all multifamily housing needs. Through Entrata's products, clients can manage properties, accounting, marketing, leasing, and residents all from the same platform, with only a single login and password.

FOURMIDABLE began the process of migrating to Entrata's platform in 2018, led by Sheldon Olson, Vice President. Prior to the migration, they were working from different systems that didn't proficiently communicate with each other or properly match client's needs. Entrata's comprehensive platform allowed them to completely update their system, giving them more power, speed, and flexibility.

At this time, FOURMIDABLE uses Entrata's popular platform, the Entrata Core, which is a management suite that allows things like invoice processing and automated leasing. But FOURMIDABLE uses 15 Entrata products total, including their Resident Portal and Message Center.
